McKeown Bridge Park

Situated southeast of Hastings along the Thornapple River, you'll find McKeown Bridge Park. This charming park occupies around 23 acres of a larger 98-acre parcel owned by Barry County, which also houses the Thornapple Manor medical care facility. In 2010, the park underwent substantial enhancements thanks to a generous grant from the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund. Visitors to the park can enjoy a range of popular activities, such as launching kayaks, fishing in the river, tubing adventures, and exploring the scenic trails.
